PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products once they arrive in the warehouse are checked, to ensure that they reflect the conformities dictated by the supplier, below are the guarantees based on the product categories:

• Electric Rifles: 12 months;
• Gas Rifles: 6 months;
• Sniper Rifles: 6 months;
• Gas, Electric, CO2 Guns: 6 months;
• Spring Guns: 1 month;
• Optical devices (scopes, red dots, lasers): 6 months;
• Batteries for AEG: 30 days;
• MOSFET: 12 months.

The batteries with their charger, which are included as a gift by the company producing the replica inside the package, are not covered by the warranty, being a gift provided by the manufacturer.

Any malfunctions attributable to improper use of the product and not attributable to a manufacturing defect are not covered by the warranty.

All consumable parts, even anomalous ones, and all breakages due to improper use of the product, the use of non-compliant batteries and other components that may damage the product itself are not covered by the warranty.

Once the products have been opened, disassembled or modified by the customer, they will automatically lose the right to avail themselves of the guarantee.

If you find an actual manufacturing defect that falls within the warranty period of the product itself, you must contact the warehouse via company email, to proceed with the return, once it arrives it will be checked to verify the actual defect, to proceed with the replacement\repair or refund.
