A gamey, slightly smoky flavour characterises this dried venison.

Deer rump hand-cut into thin slices, which are flavoured with spices and smoked with beech wood for 24 hours .
Finally they are made mature slowly for 3 to 4 days in order to ensure its softness and taste.

You will need 135g of fresh meat to obtain 40g of dried meat.
