It has the typical sweetness of pork well balanced by the salty and smoked flavour that is noticeable but not invasive.

Pork loin hand-cut into thin slices, which are flavoured with spices and smoked with beech wood for 24 hours.
Finally they are SLOWLY AGED FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS to ensure their softness and flavour.

You will need 135g of fresh meat to obtain 40g of dried meat.
