The flavour is that of a good cut but concentrated and with a light smokiness that enhances the taste.

The cut used is the topside of beef, then handcrafted into thin slices, which are flavoured with spices and SMOKED WITH BEECH WOOD.

Finally they are slowly aged for several days to ensure their softness and flavour.

You will need 135g of fresh meat to obtain 40g of dried meat.
